At Only Organic Export, we believe in food that safeguards the earth’s and people’s wellbeing. That is why we strive to produce healthy food for everyone and try to minimize our impact on the environment in all processes. All our vegetables and fruits in glass are produced organically, which means that no artificial pesticides or chemicals are used in any of our products.
Our factories are certified organic manufacturers. From sourcing, to preserving, to packaging to shipping, we act in accordance with internationally recognized organic guidelines.
At Only Organic Export, we value strong and long-term relationships with our farmers and partners and with most we have been working together for over twenty years. The vegetables our farmers grow are organically sourced: only natural pesticides and fertilisers are used in the process. The sourcing of our ingredients are in compliance with organic certification.
Depending on the product, we pre-process the ingredients ourselves or closely collaborate with external pre-processors. In both cases we aim for a short processing time so the product retains as much of its nutrional values as possible.
In our factories, the product is checked on quality and sorted accordingly, whatever does not fit our standards will be discarded. Next, the product is cleaned, sorted, blanched and put into the jars. Before the vegetables go into the glass jars, they are checked one last time. This is done manually, with the use of four 4-color cameras and a metal detector.
After the vegetables are prepared for preservation, they are canned in glass jars and if wanted, a recipe can be added to the vegetables. At this stage, the jar is ready for preservation and is sterilized in the autoclave for 25 minutes on 118 degrees Celsius. This preservation process is fully organic. No chemicals are added to the product, but instead heat alone is used to ensure a longer shelf-life for the vegetables. Using an X-ray scanner, the products are checked one last time on foreign elements inside. After that, the jars get their appropriate label and are ready for export.
At Only Organic Export, we have many years of experience with exporting our products abroad. When export is possible on land, we provide transportation with FCL or with full truck loads. When products need to be shipped, we arrange transport to terminal of the port of departure.
